Welcome to Applied Psychoanalytic's "Business Consultant Strength Index." This simple five minute profile of your relationship with your consultant provides a relational Xray into the key ingredients that make for a successful consultation. Your open, honest and anonymous feedback is essential to taking the work that gets done on your project to a higher level.

Each question taps into a specific area vital to a successful consulting effort. Answer each question on a scale of 1 to 7 where 1 is "never" or "none" and where 7 is "always" or "a huge amount."

This is not just a client satisfaction survey; it is a measure of the capability in your current relationship with your consultant. Research in the social sciences and psychoanalysis has shown that these factors determine a successful team effort.
