Welcome to Applied Psychoanalytic's "Financial Adviser Strength Index." This simple five minute profile of the financial adviser by his/her clients provides a relational Xray into the key ingredients that make for a successful investing team. Open, honest and anonymous feedback is essential to taking the work that gets done on one’s plan or portfolio to a higher level.

Each question taps into a specific area vital to a successful investing effort. Each question is answered on a scale of 1 to 7 where 1 is "never" or "none" and where 7 is "always" or "a huge amount."

This is not just a customer satisfaction survey; it is a measure of the capability in this current relationship between client and financial adviser. Research in the social sciences and psychoanalysis has shown that these factors determine a successful investing effort.

The survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
